We woke up early on a Saturday to attend and instameet here in town and Zach came as well looking stylish as usual. It was good to see a familiar face amongst those we did not know. While meeting new people is fun it can also be difficult because you don’t know what to expect.
We went with the intention of photographing new people and to chase the morning fog in the sunrise. But others had a different plan and were just hanging out in the area we met everyone. So Molly, Zach and myself went off on our own and took photos. We did the cliche train tracks that are near the park and some other randomness. We didn’t get much of the fog and we were slightly disappointed but overall we had a good morning of hanging out and shooting.
We met back up with the big group and did the group photo thing. The three of us once again ventured to another park where we played with some smoke bombs that Molly and I had bought a while back. Word of advice: Don’t hold the little cherry bomb smoke bombs. They get really hot.
From there we went to yet another park that has Mankato’s famed waterfall, Minneopa. The group had already gone down to the falls by the time we got there so we just lolligagged around.
Then we left and shot a wedding haha!
Over the weekend I filled 2 1/2 rolls of film and am super stoked to get that off to the lab along with like 8 other rolls that I’ve been procrastinating sending in.
